Our Product of Choice: Methyl B12 Spray (Liposomal)
This is the very best available. The methyl form of B-12 in a special liposomal delivery format, available in a spray intended to increase absorption.
"Vitamin B12" refers to a group of compounds known as cobalamins. The most common form of vitamin B12 is called "cyanocobalamin" and is common in high street B complexes.
However, the form found naturally in the body (in the brain and central nervous system) is methylcobalamin.
In our opinion, this is the very best product available. The methyl form of B-12 in a special liposomal delivery format, available in a spray also intended to increase absorption.
